(City of Subiaco) Rosalie Park is currently the base for approximately 3000 members across 6 sporting codes and 7 clubs who share grounds and three pavilions. The project was to develop a plan for the delivery of best practice and contemporary management for the city’s premier outdoor sporting reserve.
(Taylor Robinson Architects) The development of policies, procedures and protocols for the ongoing successful management of the architectural practice. The project involved a full review of current systems and compliance with quality service standards.
