(City of Canning) The City of Canning (City) sought to conduct a comprehensive audit of the community organisations operating within its jurisdiction. The purpose of the audit was to gain an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each community organisation to better assist them in their functioning within the Canning Community.
(City of Greater Geraldton) This involved the analysis of the capability of six sports clubs and Associations to support and develop infrastructure to ensure their future viability. Key to the analysis was the cost and benefit of developing multifunctional community sport and recreation facilities and an independent assessment of management and governance options.

(Shire of Manjimup) An assessment of current operating structures and practices at Pemberton Sports Club. It arose out of concerns in respect of the future financial viability of the club and the need to make significant governance changes and explore options of potential income and partnership opportunities.
(City of Swan) A full review of the options identified in a needs and feasibility study of future investment in the leisure centre including partial investment to ensure the facility remained functional for a minimum 10-year period to a complete new development at Midland Oval.
