WAFC were seeking to develop a grant funding process similar to that achieved in Victoria to upgrade WAFL grounds. It included:
- Analysis of the assessment criteria and alignment to wider government objectives.
- Analysis of the checks and balances required to protect government investment.
- Recommendations on the prioritisation of projects, funding split and value for money return on investment.
- Recommendation with regard to presentation to government and key messages to convey.
