Mildura Motorsport and Community Precinct Master Plan and Business Case

The Mildura Motorsports & Community Facilities Precinct represents the development of an important recreational, tourism and community hub for the North-West region of Victoria. It is expected to include the potential relocation of nine motorsport clubs and lead to significant economic and sporting impacts for Mildura and its hinterlands.

Mildura Rural City Council sought to produce a business case for funding for a staged Motor Sport and Community Facilities Precinct in Mildura in accordance with the Department of Treasury and Finance’s (DTF’s) Investment Lifecycle Guidelines and Investment Management Standard.
