A review of the feasibility and business case for the potential development of Australia’s first Four Lane Drag Stip. The project included a full analysis of projected use; the testing of financial assumptions and the long-term viability of site operations based on industry benchmarking; an assessment of economic and tourism benefit to the state; an assessment of the social benefits and likely return on investment; project risk and project governance. The final report made recommendations in respect of the benefits or otherwise in providing state government investment for the project.
