To review and assess the capacity and capability of current dryland diving infrastructure for the future development and support of club; elite athletes and major events at HBF Stadium.  This included an assessment of:

  • The current dryland diving structure, its use and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Industry benchmarks and trends associated with facility designs supporting both training and competitions.
  • The likely cost of the development of new infrastructure compared to making good the existing facility.
  • Alternative proposals which could be developed to support the ongoing development of the sport.

The final report identified a series of options and recommendations related to the current structure and potential medium term investment solutions to ensure club and elite athlete support for diving could be maintained.
