The intention was to explore the development of the broader Fremantle Oval precinct and identify available development options for the colocation of two WAFL Clubs and development of a WAFL Centre of Excellence.
The project involves the re-alignment of the oval to respond functionally to the existing heritage infrastructure. A fully costed and achievable implementation plan was developed which can be used to underpin the Business Case and reduce perceived risk.
