The Town of Victoria Park were seeking to establish the business case for investing in a multi-functional community facility at Carlisle Lathlain. The proposed development included the relocation of a bowling club, croquet club and the State Table Tennis association in a multi-functional building which also included a function room, bar and café.
The business case was undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the local government act.
