Dave Lanfear leads a highly proficient team with a wealth of knowledge and professional experience in a variety of areas including sport, recreation, leisure and community consulting obtained through the following roles:

Dave has also worked within the Department of Planning (2007) as Team leader of Urban Growth Management. He has led and delivered over 100 projects ranging from those involving complex issues and the management/coordination of multi-disciplined teams to smaller discrete projects with a one on one working relationship with clients by developing an in depth understanding and analysis of their needs.

As a member of the International Association of Public Participation, Dave is guided by IAP2 principles in using various techniques to manage stakeholders effectively and facilitate community consultation and engagement.

He has an inclusive style with the ability to innovate and think objectively to obtain effective solutions from a community development to elite sports perspective. This comes from experience operating for state and local governments, peak bodies, not-for-profit organisations, developers and community clubs.
